The Mini-Circuits XAT-3+ is a high-performance MMIC fixed attenuator designed for wideband RF and microwave applications. Covering frequencies from DC to 45 GHz, it provides a compact and reliable solution for signal level control in test equipment, instrumentation, telecommunications, radar, and other broadband systems.
Housed in a compact SMT package, the XAT-3+ delivers a nominal attenuation of 3 dB with a 50 Ω impedance, high power handling up to 2 W, and excellent typical return loss of 16 dB. These features help improve impedance matching and maintain signal integrity across demanding RF signal chains.
