Virginie has over 26 years’ professional experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing in diverse industries.
She naturally develops her entrepreneurial and performance driven spirit around exciting commercial issues, federating teams and developing strategic partnerships.
In 2023, Virginie joined Milexia as Sales & Marketing Director to implement and steer the Group’s development strategy.
Before joining Milexia, Virginie held numerous positions serving Mobility Markets. She spent 17 years in sales management, customer account development and international strategic partnerships at BOSCH, then TRW Automotive.
Then, for 9 years, Virginie deployed and managed commercial strategies for transformation projects; structuring, managing, training and coaching sales and marketing teams, creating complex service offers internationally, digitizing commercial and marketing processes at Bureau Veritas, EFI Automotive and UTAC.
Virginie graduated in engineering from the Compiègne University of Technology (UTC), then in management and leadership from INSEAD and HEC Paris.
Nicolas Goulard is a highly accomplished IT professional who has previously earned degrees from both HEC and Mines Paris.
With over 25 years of experience in the Information and Technology sector and has established himself in the fast-growing International Technology industry.
He has played an important role in supporting and contributing to the growth and development of several companies where he was responsible for building and organizing IT departments, which has helped those organisations to achieve their business goals.
Jean-Jacques has more than 34 years of professional experience in financial auditing and corporate finance, thanks to his master’s degree in finance, audit and management.
After working for a dozen years in audit firms in France and abroad, he moved to the Paris region to become manager of the accounting, financial information system and consolidation of 35 subsidiary companies of the Vivendi group and Canal Plus.
While he was carrying out the mergers of these companies with his team members, he prepared an MBA at the University of Paris-Dauphine – PSL in part time for 22 months. It was at this time that he joined Milexia to become the group’s CFO, working on the integration of subsidiaries through external growth of companies in Italy, Spain, England and Germany.
He has been working on the Milexia group’s financial management, financial control, reporting to management, shareholders and banks for the past fifteen years. Until 2022, he will work on HRM, information systems, legal and general administration of the French subsidiary.
Maria has over 20 years’ experience in financial, fiscal, accounting and quality areas. She’s solution focused, committed, and driven with a curious spirit. In 2010, she joined Giza, now Milexia Ibérica, as Financial Manager and a few years later started leading the quality department. She currently holds these positions alongside being Milexia’s Chief Compliance Officer.
She holds a BA with an Economics-Mathematics major from Colby College (US) and a master’s degree in financial accounting from CEF (Spain).
Laure joined Milexia in 2007 , she is managing sales and marketing team within Milexia France delivering solutions into Microwave & RF, Time & Frequency, Test & Measurements, HiRel, Embedded & Power technologies.
She has proven experience in sales, building long term relationship with partners and in developing new business with many track records, connecting our state-of-the-art technical solutions to serve the leaders into the French industries.
Laure has a master’s engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic and computer sciences from Cachan (Paris) and Heriot-Watt Edinburgh (Scotland) universities.
Glenn is a sales and marketing professional with over 30 years’ experience in the RF & Microwave community. With a proven sales track record of consistently surpassing targets and establishing long term business relationships, as well as using his marketing skills to identify and attract customer to our business.
Glenn manages all UK Sales and Marketing activities.
Giuseppe is a Sales Professional with more than 16 years’ experience in the electronic industry.
With a superior analytical attitude, his specialties includes sales activity based on demand creation with an endless supply of new ideas and a strong ability to generate solutions to problems where none seem to exist.
He is a technology enthusiast, open to diversification, his baseline was a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Politecnico of Milan with a high evaluation.
Thierry joined Milexia (formerely Elexience) in 1991, and has more than 30 years of experience into microscopy field. Thierry holds a degree in electronics from Paris-Sud Université.
He started with electron microscopes, atomic force microscopes, mechanical profilers and became a SEM product specialist. He was also in charge of demonstration on SEM at Milexia’s facilities and on customers sites. He expanded the portfolio of SEM & TEM accessories such as sample preparation, accessories, X-Ray Microanalysis thanks to strategic long terms partnerships.
Thierry developed and gathered micoscopy users in France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxemburg around Milexia’s vision to create a large community animated by marketing plans and strategies while strenghtening sales and applications teams.
Julián holds an Electronics Engineering degree from University of Alcalá de Henares, and since the early stages of his career he has been involved in electronic sales. Deeply customer oriented, and with over 20 years of experience in this market, he is always committed to customer satisfaction. Julián manages the Sales Activity for Milexia in Spain and Portugal.
Florian Pivit has over 20 years of experience in various R&D engineering and management roles with Anaren Microwave, Lucent Technologies, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia, last as Department Head of an international R&D team at Nokia Bell Labs.
His main technical expertise is in antenna technologies, power amplifier and filter design, active phased antenna array technology, mobile communications, digital signal processing for MIMO systems, and 5G-technology. He also has experience in high power microwave applications and waveguide technology. He has been granted over 40 patents in RF- and microwave technologies.
In February 2021 he joined Globes / Milexia as Sales Director.
He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, both from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
40 years in the industry
Pascal, 60, followed electronic engineering studies, with a specialization in microwave, joined Elexience (now Milexia) in 1989 as technical-sales engineer and became manager of the electronic department in 1994. He became Milexia President and CEO in 2008 and during his presidence Milexia sales moved from 36M€ to 100 M€ (FY2022E) and achieved 3 LBOs with success and organised Naxicap exit in late 2015.
30 years in the industry
A graduate of the National School for Telecommunications Engineers of Paris (ENST). In 1997, Dan, 50, created Giza Technologies. Operating on a smaller market Dan was able, through its creativity, to develop very diversified business model offering from the main buy and resale/distribution business to a profitable purchasing agency business and also his own brand approach, making Spain as the most profitable in % of the group.
20 years in the industry
After completing his engineering degree in Electronic at the Polytechnic school of Milan Mitia, 45, worked at Andrew within R&D. He joined MicroElit (now Milexia) in 2003 as sales engineer, became Sales Manager for the company in 2007 and General Manager in 2015. Under his management Mitia actively pushed for diversification in Italy and inspired the other territories and has driven 40% growth for the Italian business.
40 years in the industry
John, 62, started his career as an RF/Microwave engineering apprenticeship with a major UK defence contractor before moving into their technical sales team and ultimately sales management. In 1990 John utilised this experience to set up Sematron UK Ltd with Kevin Hall, initially as a specialist design-in distributor of RF/MW components and test equipment before expanding into Timing and Satellite communications equipment and systems. A strong engineering systems department was added to support our customer base. Sematron joined the Milexia Group in 2019.
