LAB4 RK/H Dehydrator from Cibred Sud

The LAB4 RK/H supplies filtered, dry and compressed air up to 300 l/h with dew point better than -40 °C.

The dehydrator unit is designed for continuous operation and automatic duty. This dehydrator supplies filtered (ISO 8573-1:2020), dry and compressed air (that prevents arcing and improves power handling duties on RF systems) up to 300 l/h with dew point better than -40 °C.

Air purity classification according to ISO 8573-1:2010

• the purity class for particles is “1”
• the purity class for humidity and water is “2”
• the purity class for oil is “1”

Remotely, output pressure can be set within the range from 1 kPa to 6 kPa with 0.5 kPa step.

Air is dried by means of two drying chambers containing molecular sieve and compressed by two pumps; a continuous tracking of output pressure is performed. The used technique optimizes pump duty, power consumption, acoustic noise and improves reliability. Pump speed control avoids mechanical pressure regulators.

The onboard electronic unit manages pressure target, alarms, failures and drying cycles.

The LAB4 RK/H dehydrator does not require pre-settings nor warm up time before startup, nor preventive maintenance.
