Cable Assemblies from Times Microwave

A broad range of cables and assemblies including custom assemblies

This product is available from Milexia France and Milexia Italia

Times Microwave manufacture a broad range of cables and assemblies including custom assemblies to meet even the most exacting electrical and mechanical requirements.

Micro-coaxial

Micro-coaxial cable assemblies are designed for high density and high frequency applications. These small, lightweight cables are used in a variety of applications from medical devices to test and measurement to inside-the-box and board-to-board applications.

InstaBend

InstaBend® are flexible, coaxial microwave assemblies designed for interconnects between RF circuit cards, modules and enclosure panels. The cable can be bent very closely behind the connector, simplifying cable routing.

LMR

LMR ® is a complete solution that prioritizes simplicity, ruggedness, and weatherability, and its proven construction provides the reliable and durable solutions utilities require that will stand the test of time.

MaxGain Assemblies

MaxGain® is an ultra-low loss, flexible microwave coaxial cable with a full range of connectors available as fully tested custom cable assemblies.

Miltech Assemblies

The MILTECH® family of hermetically sealed flexible RF and microwave transmission line assemblies is listed in the Qualified Products Database (QPD) by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and optimized for commercial, military, and other demanding applications. MILTECH features a proprietary application of a spiral flat strip braid that results in a cable assembly with superior phase stability without sacrificing flexibility

PhaseTrack Assemblies

PhaseTrack® cable assemblies are designed for applications demanding minimal phase change over temperature. All PhaseTrack cables use a proprietary TF4™ dielectric that does not have the abrupt shift in the phase that occurs with solid- or tape-wrapped PTFE-based products under normal room ambient temperature conditions.

SPX Low-PIM Assemblies

The SPX family of low-PIM coaxial cables are a flexible and durable option well-suited for outdoor use. SPX line is available in any required connector configuration and length.

HP

The HP coaxial cables are high-power RF transmission lines designed for applications like magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), semiconductor manufacturing equipment, high-power lasers, and more.

Radiating Cables

TRAD™ and NuTrac™ radiating cables provide RF coverage in difficult-to-cover structures. Examples include rail and transit tunnels, underground mines, subways, metal-hulled ships, offshore oil rigs, nuclear power plants and buildings with metal supporting structures. Radiating cables can carry multiple frequencies on a single cable, and function as a single broadband antenna. The radio frequency signals are fed between the transmitter and antenna while a controlled amount of energy is leaked into the surrounding environment providing the necessary RF coverage.

TCOM

TCOM® is a UV-resistant polyethylene jacketed cable designed for 20-year service outdoor use. The bending and handling characteristics are significantly better than any air-dielectric and corrugated hardline cables.

TFT-5G Assemblies

TFT-5G assemblies are ultra-flexible, plenum & outdoor, PIM-rated coaxial cable assemblies. Capable of performance up to 6 GHz, these cables are well suited for many 5G applications such as wireless networks, satellite communications, and machine-to-machine controls.

TCA

TCA is a lightweight, low-loss, high-temperature, high-flexibility cable for navigation, collision, avoidance, and communication systems. It is ideal for applications facing critical electrical and mechanical requirements. TCA provides excellent flexibility for seamless routing through tight runs.

RG and M17 Cables

RG cables are traditional MIL-Spec coax cables in production for over 50 years. Originally created to support WWII military applications, these cables continue to be an incredibly popular cable through the present day. M17/RG’s have been widely adopted for commercial and military applications, and its QPL stature ensures a consistently high-quality product regardless of manufacturer.

TFlex

TFlex® is a lighter-weight, flexible alternative to semirigid coaxial cable assemblies. Its durable external jacket provides excellent protection in corrosive environments and its flexible construction eliminates the need for hand or precision machine bending.

FBT

FBT is an indoor/outdoor highly fire-retardant, high-power coaxial cable. It is an option for return air handling plenums such as dropped ceilings and raised floors. It has a UL/NEC rating of ‘CL2P’ for plenum applications.

QEAM

The QEAM (Quick Erecting Antenna Mast) assemblies are perfect for demanding, mission-critical applications, where reeling and unreeling are required over a wide temperature range. Its performance has been proven on systems such as the Hawk and Patriot Missile, among other mission-critical defense applications.

SiO2

The SiO2 semi-rigid cable assemblies are used in applications demanding the ultimate in phase tracking performance and extreme environments.

Semi-rigid Assemblies

Semi-Rigid cable assemblies are optimized for phase performance under harsh enviroments. They are available in sizes commonly used in most in-box applications and are compatible with many connectors.

SpaceFlight

The SpaceFlight product line embodies the critical requirements necessary for reliable performance in space. Our proprietary material conditioning and vacuum testing of assemblies ensure outgassing is minimized to meet NASA standards ASTM E‐595.

StripFlex

The StripFlex shielding system consists of an inner silver-plated flat ribbon braid, a spirally applied and overlapped composite aluminum tape interlayer, and an overall silver-plated round wire braid.
