A hi-rel module designed to ensure safe and reliable power management in critical systems, the 3DPM0356-1 from 3D PLUS supports an input range of 3–12 V and currents up to 7 A, responding extremely quickly even in the event of overcurrent, thanks to its 20 μs switch-off time.
With an easily configurable current threshold, this new Hi-Rel Switch module features ENABLE and OVP# digital controls that allow precise control of the power line.
Designed for space, it ensures radiation robustness with TID > 50 krad and immunity to single events over 60 MeV·cm²/mg, all in a compact and lightweight format.
