Milexia is pleased to announce the expansion of the group in France with the acquisition of CEL, Composants Electroniques Lyonnais, a value-added distributor of electronic components and subsystems, telecom connection products and chemical products mainly in the railway and industrial fields.
This is an important step in Milexia’s growth plan aimed at diversifying its presence in promising technology markets and considerably strengthening its technological offering.
CEL, founded in 1986 and historically based in Lyon, offers a wide range of products and services to major industrial players in France and Europe. Its customized services are based on the supply and implementation of complete technical solutions: from the definition of the customer’s needs, to the design phase, to the delivery and integration phase.
We are very happy to integrate this dynamic team of more than 30 employees, thus bringing to Milexia France a synergy and a perfect complementarity to our know-how.
