Founded in 2006 with the merger of 4 established local distributors; our team of 120 skilled professionals have extensive knowledge and capabilities in RF and Microwave components, human machine interfaces (HMI), power management, satellite and broadcast technology, timing solutions, testing and simulation, scientific research and analysis.
For all projects where there is a requirement from the basic component to the most innovative solution; our technical labs in France and the UK can provide customised solutions, installation, training, maintenance and repairs.

Sematron UK is founded.

Pascal Gandolfini acquires Elexience.

SPEF, a French private equity joins Elexience as a shareholder.

Naxicap sets up a secondary MBO; Dan Benzaquen becomes shareholder.
PKTronics is founded.

Milexia becomes an independent company with the buyout of Naxicap shares.
Immissio is established as a management company with 15 middle managers and becomes a shareholder.
