OBJECTIVE
Our number one priority is the safety of our staff, customers and suppliers; as well as our communities.
Our aim is to protect the critical supply chain to assist our key.
CONCLUSION
Business continues as near normal as possible, regardless of working in different locations (either at home or in the main offices).
People who are in the main offices are following government guidelines adhering to social distancing for their own safety.
We have invested what is needed to allow people to maintain their efficiency.
RAPIDLY CHANGING
The speed and escalation of the contagion of the COVID-19 pandemic is truly astonishing and understandably frightening.
Within a matter of weeks, even just a few days this crisis has affected all of our lives in so many ways.
This is undoubtedly the most devastating global crisis to occur during the past 100 years and in each country where Milexia’s business operates, our staff, our customers and our suppliers are being affected in similar ways, bringing fear and uncertainty into everybody’s mind.
However, our team has shown remarkable strength and resilience in adapting as these events have unfolded. We don’t know how the world will change or where we shall land, but all of our teams are preparing for the future whilst fighting on a day-to-day basis.
IN PLACE FOR EACH MILEXIA COMPANY
IT resources (emails, files, directory, ERP, phone) are all in the cloud, available through web browsers, anywhere in the world. This was in place before COVID-19.
Managers, Account Engineers, Internal Sales, Order Processing, Administration and Finance: fully operational as normal from their home offices. Logistics: our warehouses are fully functional with staff on site.
We are not accepting visitors at this time and following Government advice on social distancing.
