TT250 – 2.5M Multi-band Deployable Satellite Ground Station
C, X, Ku and Full Ka-Band · Setup in under 15 minutes
The Holkirk TT250 is a next-generation deployable ground station designed to deliver high-performance satellite communications in any environment. A 2.5M carbon fibre reflector with full multi-band capability across C, X, Ku and Ka offers seamless interoperability with both commercial and military satellite networks.
Quick-change RF cartridge system for sub-minute band swaps
A fast-swap RF cartridge system enables operators to transition between frequency bands without tools, connectors or downtime. Each cartridge is pre-configured for its respective band, allowing effortless reconfiguration in under a minute.
Deployable 2.5M ground station with setup under 15 minutes
All drive and control subsystems integrate into a single compact unit that rotates into position, eliminating the need for tools or connectors and dramatically reducing setup time in the field. The antenna packs into two cases.
Band auto-sensing ACU with 30-satellite multi-orbit database
Advanced band auto-sensing technology within the ACU detects the installed RF module and automatically adjusts system parameters for optimal performance. The antenna control interface carries a 30-satellite multi-orbit and frequency database, inclined orbit tracking, LNB/HPA control and TLE data input.
Full C, X, Ku and Ka-band SHF spectrum coverage
Ka-band delivers 56.03 dBi transmit gain and 28.69 dB/k G/T; Ku-band gives 49.56 dBi transmit gain with -35dB cross-polarisation. C-band covers 5.850–6.425 GHz transmit and 3.6–4.2 GHz receive.
TWT and SSPA integration with OEM-independent control
Fully compatible with a wide range of Travelling Wave Tube and Solid State Power Amplifier configurations, with full monitor and control from the TT250 ACU independent of OEM manufacture, letting operators tailor power output to specific mission profiles.
Modular RF-over-fibre and off-air monitoring
The system supports modular RF-over-fibre and off-air monitoring options, allowing remote diagnostics, signal verification and scalable integration with broader network architectures.
