With this acquisition, Milexia gains 16 new qualified team members and more than €10M turnover: thus we reach our plan of €100M turnover, double of 3 years ago. In addition, we are strengthening our marketing and complementing our technical capabilities in SatCom, RF and timing. To be able to complete such an acquisition during this pandemic without slowing down our organic growth is a great achievement by Milexia’s 160 employees and validates our business model.”

The Milexia Group, with the support of its minority investors Société Générale Capital Partenaires, Bpifrance and Isatis Capital, completes its 4th acquisition in the last 3 years. It was founded in 2006 through the merger of two long-established (1971) representatives and distributors in France and Italy.
