The MiniQ GD is a compact glow discharge system for surface modification of TEM grids from Quorum.

Recommended applications

  • Modification of surface wettability, primarily used for TEM grids to improve the spread of particules/molecules on them, could also be used for SEM and AFM imaging when samples are applied onto substrate surfaces from liquid
  • Gentle cleaning of surfaces
