    What is the problem?

    In order to deal with your breakdown as well as possible, please describe the incident encountered as precisely as possible.

    Scientific Instrumentation intervention

    In case of issue with your equipment, please fill in the form, and select Scientific Instrumentation into the product section, our team will comeback to you shortly. Add as many information as possible, this will help us to find the best solution

    Return Material Authorization (RMA)

    If you are facing some issues with your computing or electronic equipment, such as visual defects, or broken parts please fill in the form by selecting the appropriate section. Please return the goods in their original packaging, properly protected and mentioning the RMA number on the packaging, to the following address.

    You must imperatively obtain a return number assigned by the after-sales service, without this RMA return number, the equipment will be refused or returned to the sender at his expense.

    What should I indicate in the return form?

    Carefully complete the form (fields marked with an * are mandatory). Any incorrect information may lead to a delay in the procedure. A member of our team will send you an RMA number. To gain attention for every product that you return to us, you must request an RMA number.

    Please return the product in its original packaging if possible or properly packaged. Products returned badly conditioned and damaged by transport cannot be taken under the guarantee. Please indicate the RMA number legibly on the packaging.

    The return to our premises is at your expense.

    Questions about your hardware warranty

    In the case of equipment under warranty (note there are exclusions see our GTC)

    Our technicians carry out the repair and the equipment is returned to you at our expense.

    In the case of out-of-warranty equipment

    After expertise, an estimate is sent to you (within 8/10 days excluding holiday periods). Upon receipt of your written agreement, our technicians carry out the repair under the conditions of the estimate.

    In order for us to process your request as soon as possible, do not forget to attach the references of your product or order.
