Mike Kennedy Divisional Sales Director

Mike has worked in a broad range of commercial and leadership roles for over 35 years across sales, account management, and operations. Having led teams both in the UK and internationally, Mike has also developed strategic account planning and strategy tools to help increase sales and build relationships with key accounts. As well as a BSc and an MSc Mike also has an MBA from Bayes Business School in London.

Dan Phillipson Divisional Head, Finance

Dan is an experienced business advisor supporting the middle market achieve compliance with accounting regulatory requirements, along with proactive ideas to support the growth and development of the business with outsourcing solutions.

Before joining Milexia in 2021, Dan was Associate Director at RSM for over 22 years, advising clients in accounting and working with an extensive portfolio of clients. Dan has worked across a diverse spectrum with expertise in the manufacturing and technology sectors.

Anthony Kincade Divisional Head, Engineering

Anthony has over 30 years’ experience in satellite communications engineering. He is actively involved in the running of the company on a day-to-day basis whilst heading up the Engineering Department.

The Engineering Department supports Milexia by providing added-value services, products and solutions to the satellite communications industry across markets in the UK and throughout the World.
