Your profile and daily missions

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer for our team in Germany. We have offices close to Munich and Hamburg and in Heilbronn under the the Globes Elektronik Gmbh company (a Milexia company)

The objective for the position is to establish and drive our newly established business line for HMI-Technology in Germany.

We are representing internationally renown suppliers of highly sophisticated HMI technology. Their product range covers optical and mechanical encoders, computing customized touch screen displays, embedded computing solutions, customized control panels and interfaces.

These technologies find applications in a wide range of markets like off-road vehicles, naval & avionics, as well as in the medical and defense & security sector.

The position entails to develop these markets for Milexia mainly in Germany, but potential expansion into neighboring countries like Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Eastern Europe is possible.

The position requires a very good technical background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a similar field, combined with a very good experience in sales or business development. We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic personality with business acumen as well as good  interpersonal and communication skills. German and English proficiency at a high level in speech and writing is essential, command of the French language or other languages is a plus but not a must.

Minimum 10 years of experience is required for this position. We are looking for a dynamic person with hunting mindset.
