The use of North Hills factory built harnesses with our data bus couplers eliminates unnecessary splices and connectors reducing the cost and increasing network reliability.

Full traceability of all materials and soldering to NASA 8739.3 or NHB5300.4 is provided. Our facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2000, MIL-Q-9858 and MIL-I-45208.

Materials used in the data bus coupler and components meet the requirements for use in space and comply with NASA outgassing requirements in specification SP-R0022A. Coupler designs used on various harnesses have been qualified on many commercial and military rockets and satellites including, but not limited to: Atlas V Delta IV Int’l Space Station Messenger Satellite New Horizons Satellite Space Shuttle
