Milexia partner Atlanta Micro design and produce high performance RF and microwave products for demanding applications and environments.

Atlanta Micro have added two new cascadable amplifiers to their extensive range; the AM1099 (26 – 32 GHz Gain Block) and AM1127 (0.2 – 6 GHz Gain Block).

New – 26 to 32 GHz Gain Block Amplifier

The new AM1099  is a high frequency, cascadable amplifier servicing the 26 to 32 GHz frequency range. The amplifier provides moderate gain and noise figure which makes it a useful component for applications such as 5G wireless and Ka-band satcom. Packaged in a 3mm QFN with internal 50Ω matching, the AM1099 represents a compact total PCB footprint.
Features:

  • 15dB Gain
  • 3.5dB NF
  • +25dBm OIP3
  • +14dBm P1dB

New – 20 MHz to 6 GHz Gain Block Amplifier

The new AM1127 is high dynamic range cascadable amplifier operating over the 20 MHz to 6.0 GHz frequency range.

It exhibits exceptional second and third order intercept performance as well as high P1dB and low noise figure. With only the need for one positive supply rail and packaged in a 4mm QFN, the amplifier represents a compact total PCB footprint. Its high gain and linearity make it an excellent choice for a receiver front end or transmitter back end.

Features:

  • 19dB Gain
  • 3.5dB NF
  • +39dBm OIP3
  • +23dBm P1dB
